Keratin Hair and Beauty is the longest established hair salon in Emerson's Green and has been trading since 2000.
With our team of highly qualified professionals, we maintain a level of excellence to maximise your experience whilst visiting us. We provide in-depth consultations free of charge to ensure your perfect style is achieved.
We sell various treatment products to cover all your hair and beauty requirements with gift vouchers available for all our unique experiences.
Late night opening on Thursday's until 8pm.
Appointments at the salon are not always necessary, so feel free to pop in and have a chat.

Louise - Salon Owner/Director
Hi I am Louise and I have been in the business for 20+ years and I have loved every minute of it. I love the creative aspect to hairdressing from hair extensions to bridal hair to cutting and colouring. Here at Keratin we love creating beautiful hair in any way we can and to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our level of service.
Angie - Hair Stylist
Hi I am Angie and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 20+ years and here at Keratin for over 19 years. Hairdressing has always been my passion. I especially love precision cuts and classic blow dries as I feel they complete the look of the hairstyle. I love helping my clients leave our salon with confidence and beautiful hair.
Claire - Hair Stylist
Hi I am Claire and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 40+ years. Hairdressing is my pride and joy. I really enjoy challenging myself and I like to keep up to date with all the latest 'trends'. I would say Balayage, colour corrections and cut and blow dries are my favorite to create.
Reet - Hair Stylist
Hi I am Reet and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 45+ years. I love the social side to hairdressing, catching up with my clients whilst making them look and feel amazing. I really enjoy doing short cuts with lots of volume and texture. I really do think the bigger the hair the better.
Dessi- Hair Stylist
Hi I am Dessi and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 3+ years now. I love being creative with my work and using new techniques. I would say my favorite thing to do would be balayage as it is different for each individual.

Chelsey - Beauty Therapist

Cancellation Policy
We've been avoiding a cancellation policy our whole career but now is the time for us to introduce one, To protect our regulars, our time and our business.
This will be a 25% charge of the missed appointment/cancellation out of notice period.
This applies to all new and existing clients.
If you are a new client going forward you must pay a 20% non refundable booking fee, or half of your bill for extensions to secure your appointment, which will come off your final bill.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we
may need to reschedule and your booking fee will be lost.
We run a tight schedule and need every minute of your allocated time to do our job to the best ability.
Cancellation time frame: min of 48hrs notice
Missed appointment
Both result in the 25% charge.
We appreciate sometimes you need to change an appointment and therefore within the time frame you can move your allocation where possible.
