Keratin Hair and Beauty is the longest established hair salon in Emerson's Green and has been trading since 2000.
With our team of highly qualified professionals, we maintain a level of excellence to maximise your experience whilst visiting us. We provide in-depth consultations free of charge to ensure your perfect style is achieved.
We sell various treatment products to cover all your hair and beauty requirements with gift vouchers available for all our unique experiences.
Late night opening on Thursday's until 8pm.
Appointments at the salon are not always necessary, so feel free to pop in and have a chat.

Louise - Salon Owner/Director
Meet Louise.
Hi, I'm Louise and I'm the salon owner/director and Keratin. I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years and have loved every minute of it. I'm passionate about the creative side of hairdressing, from hair extensions and bridal hair to cutting and colouring.
Here at Keratin, I love creating beautiful hair and making sure every client feels confident, happy and completely satisfied with the service they receive.
Tianna - Apprentice
Meet Tianna.
Tianna is an enthusiastic apprentice working towards her level 2 hairdressing qualification. She is eager to learn, develop her skills and gain hands-on experience within the salon. With a positive attitude and passion for hairdressing, Tianna is committed to growing in confidence and becoming a talented stylist.
Claire - Hair Stylist

Hi, I'm Claire and I have been in the hairdressing industry for over 40 years. Hairdressing is my passion, and I love challenging myself and keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques.
I particularly enjoy creating beautiful balayage, colour corrections and cut and blow-dry styles. I love helping clients achieve a look they feel confident and happy with.
Dessi- Hair Stylist
Meet Dessi.
Hi, I'm Dessi. I've been working in the hairdressing industry for over 3 years and absolutely love bringing creativity into my work. I'm always excited to learn and explore new techniques, but my favourite service has to be balayage. I love how every balayage is completely unique and can be tailored to suit each individual client.

Charlie - Hair Stylist
Meet Charlie.
Hi, I'm Charlie. I've been working in the hairdressing industry for over 13 years and absolutely love what I do. I find hairdressing both therapeutic and relaxing, while also being fun and exciting. I especially love creating beautiful cuts and balayage, and enjoy making each look unique to the individual. Seeing my clients leave feeling confident and happy with their hair is one of my favourite parts of the job.

Cancellation Policy
We've been avoiding a cancellation policy our whole career but now is the time for us to introduce one, To protect our regulars, our time and our business.
This will be a 25% charge of the missed appointment/cancellation out of notice period.
This applies to all new and existing clients.
If you are a new client going forward you must pay a 20% non refundable booking fee, or half of your bill for extensions to secure your appointment, which will come off your final bill.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we
may need to reschedule and your booking fee will be lost.
We run a tight schedule and need every minute of your allocated time to do our job to the best ability.
Cancellation time frame: min of 48hrs notice
Missed appointment
Both result in the 25% charge.
We appreciate sometimes you need to change an appointment and therefore within the time frame you can move your allocation where possible.
